DIRECTOR'S MESSAGE

Welcome to the Alternative & Adult Education Services web site. Our department's purpose is to provide a variety of alternative programs for adults, children and youth at various locations throughout the city of Edmonton. We work hard to create programming in response to the changing requirements of our learning community by:

• Developing programs that meet individual student needs and circumstances,

• Delivering educational programs to diverse groupings in a wide-range of settings,

• Creating a seamless bridge between basic and adult education.

As society evolves so must our educational system adapt to change and meet the needs of the society we serve . Our hope is that our website provides you with a clear understanding of the services we have to offer.
