LANGUAGE ARTS TUTORIALS GRADES 7- 9

Our Saturday morning tutorials are designed specifically to assist students who want to raise their marks in Language Arts. Tutorials can benefit students who need help passing a course.

Please note: These tutorials are NOT designed to assist E.S.L., K & E or behaviour coded students. Students must be registered in the regular (non-modified) program of studies.

With a maximum ratio of 12 students per teacher, each student receives more dedicated one-on-one attention than in a typical classroom setting. Tutorials boost student confidence in specific subject areas and assist students to complete homework and improve their overall understanding of course materials. Students can expect to cover their specific problem areas.

A progress report will be issued at the end of the program, allowing you to see exactly what was covered in the program and how your child progressed.

The sessions are offered at: SACRED HEART CENTRE (9624 - 108 Avenue). Bring your textbooks!

This year, sessions are scheduled as follows:

Session I: November 17, 24, December 1, 8 & 15, 2007

Session II: February 2, 9, 23, March 8 & 15, 2008

Session III: April 12, 19, 26, May 3 & 10, 2008
